1- Parties
Blue Elif Tourism Travel Agency shall hereinafter be referred to as "ANTALYA FLY TRANSFER".
2- Subject
With this agreement, the parties agree, within the framework of the following terms and conditions, on the provision of one-way or round-trip transfer services before and after flights, from addresses determined by the customers to airports and vice versa, or between locations offered by "antalyaflytransfer.com", as well as daily trip/tour services, and that these services shall be performed by "antalyaflytransfer.com" in return for a fee.
3- Service and Payment Information
3.1. The contract price includes VAT.
3.2. The agency reserves the right to change the vehicle type with another vehicle of the same segment when necessary, provided that the customer is informed. For example, Mercedes Vito may be replaced with Volkswagen Caravelle. If the customer does not accept such a change at the time of reservation, they have the right to cancel the reservation and receive a full refund. In this case, the customer shall not be entitled to any compensation.
4- Transfer Type: One Way (One Way/Round Trip)
5- Vehicle Type: The vehicle type selected by the customer (Mini Van - Minibus)
6- Number of Passengers: The number of passengers must be specified by the customer.
7- General Provisions
Passengers are required to wear seat belts in accordance with Traffic Law.
In order to benefit from the transfer service subject to this agreement, the customer must make a reservation at least 4 (four) hours before the transfer time. During religious and national holidays, New Year and other public holidays, reservations must be made at least 48 (forty-eight) hours in advance. Reservations may be canceled by the customer up to 3 hours before the transfer time. In this case, the customer will receive a refund. No refund will be made for cancellations made later than this period.
During the transfer service, the route to be followed from the departure point to the destination shall be determined exclusively by "antalyaflytransfer.com" considering traffic, road conditions and other factors. The customer does not have the authority to change this route. However, requests to stop at a different location along the route or to wait briefly may be accepted. "antalyaflytransfer.com" is obliged to transport the passenger between the specified two points.
"antalyaflytransfer.com" does not accept sacks, crates, boxes, etc. as luggage during transfer. Each passenger is allowed a maximum of 15 kg luggage. In case of loss or damage of luggage without declared value, the customer shall not have the right to claim any material or moral compensation. The customer declares and undertakes that their luggage does not contain flammable, explosive, narcotic, liquid, odorous, radioactive or any items prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. If such items are detected by the driver, they will not be accepted into the vehicle.
If the removal of such items exceeds the specified 15 (fifteen) minute waiting time, or if the transfer cannot be completed due to these reasons or the customer misses their flight, no refund will be made. In such cases, the customer shall not claim any rights or receivables from "antalyaflytransfer.com". If such prohibited items are detected, the situation will be reported to the relevant authorities. If such items are discovered during a police inspection, all damages incurred by "antalyaflytransfer.com" shall be immediately compensated by the customer.
Requests for pet transportation must be declared during online booking, including the type of pet. Without prior notification, pet transfer will not be provided. Pets cannot be transported alone without an accompanying adult. Pets may only be transported in a special cage, in a designated area of the vehicle, under the full responsibility of the customer. Animals whose possession or transportation is illegal under Turkish law cannot be transported under any circumstances.
For transfers to the airport, "antalyaflytransfer.com" guarantees that the assigned vehicle will be at the designated point at the scheduled time. A delay of up to 20 (twenty) minutes is considered reasonable. If the delay exceeds 20 minutes, the customer is not obliged to wait and will receive a refund.
At sites or residential complexes, if security prevents the vehicle from entering and causes a delay exceeding 15 (fifteen) minutes, "antalyaflytransfer.com" shall not be held responsible. In such cases, if the customer does not wait, no refund will be made.
The customer must be ready at the transfer point with their luggage at the scheduled time. If the customer is not present, the driver will wait for 15 (fifteen) minutes. After this period, the driver is not obliged to wait any longer.
"antalyaflytransfer.com" personnel are not required to leave the vehicle to carry luggage, pet cages, or escort passengers. Children under the age of 12 cannot be transferred without an accompanying adult. Return transfer for the accompanying person depends on purchasing a return service via the website.
If wheelchair transport is required, it must be declared during booking.
If requested during booking, one baby seat will be provided for 250 TL or 5 €.
8- Force Majeure
In case of force majeure events beyond the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, social unrest, strikes, lockouts, wars, armed conflicts, states of emergency, etc., the agreement shall be suspended until such conditions cease. During this period, neither party may claim termination or compensation.
9- Cancellation Conditions and Other Provisions
For promotional products purchased by the customer, no cancellation, change or refund is allowed. Requests for cancellation or refund for expired reservations are invalid.
10- Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
11- Enforcement
Passengers who receive the service but do not sign the agreement shall be deemed to have accepted the terms by making an online reservation through a third party. In case of disputes, the provisions of Law No. 4925 on Road Transport and other Turkish legislation shall apply. Antalya courts and enforcement offices are authorized.
By making a reservation through www.antalyaflytransfer.com, every user is deemed to have read and accepted this agreement.
